1.Do I need to pay for shipping with my order?

2.How long will it take to get my order? 

Our products are all in stock. Usually within 24 hours after the order is paid, the warehouse will hand over the goods to the logistics company.

Canada: 6-9 days after delivery

DHL/FedEx/UPS：3-5 days after delivery

2.I placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel?

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of order placement, contact email: support@greflo.com

Requests made more than 12 hours after order placement cannot guarantee cancellation, as this depends on whether your order has entered the production workflow. We will do our best, but sometimes we cannot catch up with the order in time.

3.How long does it take for me to receive the money after a refund?

Our customer service will process your refund within 24 hours and return the money to your account within 72 hours.

4.What if my items are received damaged or defective?
