How long will it take to receive my order?
For North America Orders: our current delivery timeline is 5-9 days after purchase.
For Europe orders: our current delivery timeline is 4-6 days after purchase.
You'll always see exact delivery estimates during checkout and in your order confirmation email. Once your products are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation; this can happen up to a week after placing your order. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation in this time frame, please check your spam folder or head to the "Order History" section of your account page.
I placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel?
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of order placement, contact email: support@tonariel.com
Requests made more than 12 hours after order placement cannot guarantee cancellation, as this depends on whether your order has entered the production workflow. We will do our best, but sometimes we cannot catch up with the order in time.
What if my items are received damaged or defective?
Well that's a bummer, but we are here to make it right. If your items arrived damaged or defective, email us at support@tonariel.com and we'll get you a replacement shipped out ASAP.
